TERMS: $5000.00 U.S. Dollars (Five-Thousand dollars) minimum deposit per parcel bid on, by certified or bank cashiers check to qualify. Parcels to be offered first in Entirety and then as separate Individual Parcels. Highest method is winning bidder. Entirety bid shall prevail in the event of a tie. 10% Buyers Premium will be added to successful bid price to determine total contract price. Successful bidder will be required to post a minimum 10% deposit of total contract bid price upon successful bidding. Personal or Business checks are acceptable for remainder of deposit.
