A $15,000.00 (Fifteen thousand dollars) deposit to bid on Real Estate, accepted in the form of Cash, Cashiers Check or Certified Check. Additional deposit in the form of cash or personal/business check to achieve a minimum total deposit of 10% of winning Total Contract Price. Buyer of Real Estate to close within 30 days of sale. Other terms to be announced at the sale.
